About
Rachel Leggett & associates provide experience and expertise in community engagement, neighbourhood planning and community projects for Town & Parish Councils, developers, architects, planners, urban designers, local authorities, and community groups.

Rachel is also a Design Council Expert (specialist), a Locality Neighbourhood Plan Champion, and runs training for Norfolk Parish Training & Support.
Rachel Leggett is passionate about engaging communities in shaping the places where they live and work. She has 25 years experience of working locally and regionally across the East of England.
In particular, Rachel has a strong reputation for facilitating community consultation events, delivering high quality practical training and writing Neighbourhood Plans. She has worked on a range of projects, from small-scale community projects, through to the management and delivery of large regional programmes.
